Job Title: Technical IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Technical IT Support Specialist to join our team. As the initial point of contact for all IT-related issues, you will play a key role in supporting our IT operations.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in IT support, with a strong understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting. They will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, configuring and deploying end-user computing solutions, and providing excellent customer service.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for IT-related issues
  • Offering technical assistance to both internal and external clients
  • Diagnosing and resolving fundamental technical issues involving hardware and software
  • Configuring, deploying, and supporting end-user computing solutions

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in IT support
  • Strong understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with healthcare applications and HL7 integration engines
