Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused technical support specialist to bridge the gap between clients' employees and technical solutions.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end technical support resolution through various mediums, including phone calls, chats, emails, and tickets.
- Interact with mobile service providers and other departments to resolve mobile-related issues.
- Ensure adherence to business rules and policies as dictated by joint operations documents.
- Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a daily and monthly basis.
- Requirements:
- Bilingual French and English speaker required.
- Ability to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
- Excellent organizational skills with a passion for process and documentation.
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly learn how to troubleshoot devices and follow step-by-step instructions.
