ServiceNow Lead Developer/Admin

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow professional with expertise in platform administration to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience managing the ServiceNow platform across various modules, including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, FSM, Workplace Delivery, and EC Pro.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the ServiceNow platform across modules: ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, FSM, Workplace Delivery, and EC Pro.
  • Develop strong knowledge of Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, and ACLs.
  • Create catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, and SLAs.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems, such as identity platforms and facilities systems.
  • Set up and track metrics like ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance.
  • Lead instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and streamline workflows.
Requirements:
  • At least 7 years of experience in administering the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong technical expertise in Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, and ACLs.
  • Hands-on experience with domain separation, scoped apps, data import/export, and UI policies.
  • Excellent collaboration and leadership skills.
