ServiceNow Support Specialist Role

FedTec is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Support Specialist to provide technical support, perform system maintenance, and assist end-users with ServiceNow-related issues. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform, IT service management (ITSM) principles, and general IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks and system upgrades, ensuring the platform remains stable and operational.
  • Provide support to end-users, addressing their questions and concerns regarding the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Ensure all support activities comply with IT security policies and federal regulations.

The selected candidate must have strong problem-solving and customer service skills, as well as experience with ServiceNow, help desk processes, applications, networking, Office 365, and Azure. A ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
