ServiceNow ITAM Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned professional to design, implement, and customize ServiceNow solutions tailored to meet specific client requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow solutions and be able to:

  • Gather requirements through workshops, interviews, and meetings to understand business needs.
  • Design processes to define and develop ServiceNow solutions aligned with industry best practices.
  • Analyze gaps between existing processes and desired future-state processes, recommending solutions and improvements.
  • Implement ServiceNow solutions in collaboration with technical teams ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Document user stories, process documentation, training materials, and other relevant documentation to support implementations.
  • Provide post-implementation support, training, and guidance to users to ensure successful adoption and optimization of the platform.

The ideal candidate will possess 12 years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions, including:

  • Good understanding of Sales and Order Management process.
  • Experience in designing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow SOM module as per Organizations SOM process.
  • Experience in designing and implementing modules such as ServiceNow Sales and Order Management, Supplier Lifecycle Operations, Customer Service Management, and ServiceNow core platform security, performance, and compliance.

In addition, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience across third-party integration methods, REST/ SOAP integration hub, Ebonding, and collaboration with teams to understand their requirements and pain points. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
