Secure ServiceNow Specialist

We are seeking a skilled expert to lead the design and implementation of secure workflows, integrating third-party security data sources, and customizing the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong focus on Security Operations (SecOps).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR) modules.
  • Develop Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.
  • Integrate third-party security data sources and tools into ServiceNow.
  • Maintain and improve existing ServiceNow environments.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
  • Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide).
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification for SIR and/or VR modules.
  • Experience supporting large-scale ServiceNow environments (10,000+ users).
  • Knowledge of additional ServiceNow modules (e.g., GRC, ITSM, App Engine).
