Senior Technology Architect sought to lead platform strategy and design across the enterprise. Responsible for developing and implementing architecture roadmaps, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Platform Architecture & Roadmap: Define and maintain the enterprise-wide platform architecture, aligning solutions with business strategy and establishing standards for using the platform across various business units.
  • Governance & Best Practices: Develop governance frameworks, design principles, and coding standards for the platform, overseeing architecture reviews and change control processes to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Integration & Interoperability: Lead the integration of the platform with other enterprise systems, defining integration strategies and ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to teams, guiding them in designing high-quality solutions and offering oversight on complex configurations and custom development.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with latest releases and features, evaluating new platform functionalities and third-party modules to drive improvement and innovation on the platform.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Work Experience: 10+ years of experience in IT, including several years in an architecture leadership role, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
  • ServiceNow Expertise: Proven experience architecting ServiceNow implementations at scale, including designing platform architecture, data models, integrations, and customizations.
  • ITSM/Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT Service Management and ITIL frameworks, with experience aligning ServiceNow processes with ITIL best practices and overall business workflows.
  • Technical Skills: Broad knowledge of enterprise technology stacks and architecture principles, with familiarity with web technologies and integration methods relevant to ServiceNow.
