Job Title: Chief Artificial Intelligence Strategist

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive our AI/ML strategy and revolutionize our matchmaking platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the AI/ML roadmap that powers personalized matchmaking, fraud detection, and real-time decision-making models to enhance user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of AI/ML solutions to personalize matchmaking, content discovery, and enhance overall customer experience.
  • Champion the integration of AI and LLMs to drive developer productivity, automated testing, and code quality.
  • Leverage recommendation engines to improve matchmaking and content discovery.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 18+ years in technology leadership, including 5+ years in AI product development (AI/ML/LLM implementation in B2C/B2B applications)
  • B.E./B.Tech or M. Tech in Computer Science or related field from Tier 1 or Premium Engineering Institutions; MBA or executive education preferred
