Key ResponsibilitiesAI Product Development & Technical Leadership
  • Develop artificial intelligence models for forecasting, optimization, and predictive maintenance.
  • Oversee full lifecycle of artificial intelligence products.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers.
  • Integrate emerging technologies.
Team Management & Collaboration
  • Lead performance and career development of artificial intelligence engineers.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
  • Conduct internal capability-building sessions.
Strategic Planning & Compliance
  • Align artificial intelligence strategy with digital goals.
  • Ensure data governance and regulatory compliance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's in artificial intelligence or related field.
  • 15+ years in energy domain with artificial intelligence experience.
  • Experience with artificial intelligence in renewable energy.
  • Proven track record in renewable energy product development.
  • Experience managing technical teams.
