Job Title: ServiceNow Tester

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior/Lead ServiceNow QA/Tester with Business Analyst experience in a Workday HR around Colleague environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Design and execute test cases, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance tests.
  • - End-to-end testing: Designing and running test cases for employee processes that cross multiple systems, from Workday to ServiceNow and other enterprise applications.
  • - Experience testing the data exchange between ServiceNow and Workday via their respective APIs (REST and SOAP), often using ServiceNow's Integration Hub.
  • - Workflow automation: Expertise in testing HR workflows that span both platforms, such as automated onboarding, offboarding, and other employee life-cycle events initiated in Workday and executed in ServiceNow.
  • - Performance testing: Evaluating the performance of the integrated systems under different loads, particularly for real-time integrations.
  • - Regression testing: Conducting thorough regression testing for every ServiceNow update or Workday patch to ensure integrations remain intact

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
  • - Extensive ServiceNow Tester experience
  • - Strong understanding of Workday HR
  • - Colleague experience: Specific experience with the employee-facing side of HR systems, ensuring a positive and seamless user experience.
