Job Title: Business Development Representative
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through telemarketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns related to banking products and services.
Making outbound calls to potential clients to promote bank's financial products such as credit cards, insurance policies, etc.
Identify new business opportunities through telemarketing efforts and cross-sell existing products or services where necessary.
Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management for sales performance metrics like conversion rates, average order value (AOV), etc.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong product knowledge and ability to articulate benefits to customers.
Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools.
Degree in Marketing, Finance, or related field.
