Lead Acquisition Specialist

About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale lead acquisition campaigns, with a strong focus on paid digital distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid Digital Distribution: Manage and optimize all paid digital distribution channels, including but not limited to Meta Ads and Google Ads, to generate high-quality leads.
  • Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage a robust lead acquisition strategy, including idea creation, execution, review, and iteration to optimize performance and scale acquisition efforts.
  • Channel Management: Take full ownership of key distribution channels, removing reliance on third-party vendors and bringing channel management in-house to ensure direct control and maximum efficiency.
  • Experimentation & Optimization: Conduct rigorous A/B testing and other experiments to continuously improve campaign performance, analyzing data to identify new opportunities for growth and iterating rapidly on successful strategies.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key metrics to provide insights into campaign performance, optimizing budget allocation to maximize ROI and achieve lead generation goals.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or growth roles, with a strong focus on lead acquisition and paid media.
  • A deep understanding of paid digital distribution channels and a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale campaigns.
  • A proactive, hands-on, and autonomous approach to work.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
  • A growth hacking mindset with a history of implementing creative, scalable, and unconventional strategies.

Required Skills:

  • Paid Media Expertise: Proven hands-on experience with major paid platforms like Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Social Media Acumen: An obsession with social media platforms, including a deep understanding of audience behavior and the ability to identify and leverage viral trends for marketing advantage.
  • Channel Management: Demonstrated ability to manage, optimize, and expand digital distribution channels with minimal to no reliance on third-party agencies.
  • Growth Strategy: The capacity to ideate, execute, and iterate on growth strategies from start to finish.
  • Data-Driven Analysis: Excellent analytical skills, with a focus on interpreting performance data to drive actionable insights.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges and seize new opportunities.
  • Creativity: An experimental mindset and a strong capacity for testing innovative ad concepts and distribution methods.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills for internal reporting and collaboration.
