Sales Executive

We are seeking a skilled and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at KAPITAL DATA CORP. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals. To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of the US Staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed monthly quotas
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals
- Utilize email, phone, and LinkedIn to perform outreach and establish connections with potential clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends and develop innovative sales strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; 1.5 to 3 years of experience in sales or business development preferred
- Proven track record of over-achieving quota and meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the US Staffing industry and its trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
What We Offer:
- On-target compensation: ₹21 ~ ₹24 LPA
- Base salary range: ₹5.4 - ₹7.2 LPA
- Bonus: ₹1.08 - ₹1.44 Lakhs on anniversary with the company
- Incentives: ₹15.5 L
