About the Role:
As a key member of the Harley Davidson Business Unit (HDBU), the Executive - Sales will be responsible for driving business growth in assigned cities and states. This role requires a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales plans to achieve volume and market share targets.
2. Build and maintain relationships with dealerships and channel partners.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective sales and marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in channel sales with automotive OEM.
- BE/ B.Tech & MBA in Sales & Marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
