Sales Executive

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our aftersales services to a wide range of customers within our segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Target new customer growth by promoting and selling our aftersales services, including spare and replacement parts, emergency and planned service and maintenance, and planned service agreements.
- Utilize enterprise tools, data sets, valuable customer insight, and value selling concepts to deliver targeted growth.
- Ensure effective adoption of Company systems, tools, pricing policies, and sales processes.
- Blend field activity with conversations with new clients to capture opportunities.
- Utilize Salesforce.com as the CRM tool and leverage the Marketing function for external communications and tailored customer campaigns.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in HVAC/Refrigeration/Fire Protection systems within the Marine or offshore Market, covering field sales and in-depth knowledge of business development, opportunity, and pipeline management.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Proven track record of achieving results and closing deals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English/local language) to effectively convey value propositions and build relationships with potential clients.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and sales techniques to stay ahead in the market.
- Knowledge on compressors, chillers, refrigeration, fire systems preferred.
