Senior Sales Executive

Role: The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for executing the sales and marketing plans, engaging with potential clients, and ensuring the successful promotion of the project. Responsibilities include client engagement, sales execution, marketing execution, lead generation, market feedback, CRM management, event coordination, and business development support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients, provide project information, and arrange site visits.
• Sales Execution: Follow up with leads, conduct meetings, and close sales deals.
• Marketing Execution: Implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Lead Generation: Identify and generate new sales leads.
• Market Feedback: Collect and report market feedback and client preferences.
• CRM Management: Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Event Coordination: Coordinate events and promotional activities.
• Business Development Support: Assist in identifying potential land acquisitions and new development opportunities.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools.
• Results-oriented with a proven track record in sales.
• Experience in business development and real estate market analysis is a plus.
