Job Title: Sales Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our Domestic Employee Benefit Broking Sales efforts in the West Region.

Job Purpose:
  • To drive business growth through acquisition of large and mid-sized corporate clients.
  • Lead a high-performance sales team to achieve regional sales targets.

The role demands strong knowledge of group insurance (Health, Life, GPA) and solution-based selling in a highly competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the regional sales strategy for Employee Benefit Broking in alignment with national goals.
  • Prospect and acquire mid to large corporates for group insurance broking services including GHI, GTL, GPA, and voluntary benefits.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals across major cities in the West; drive performance and market penetration.
  • Cordinate closely with internal teams – Claims, Placement, Retention, Wellness, Digital, and Underwriting – to deliver seamless client experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of experience in employee benefit broking or corporate insurance sales; minimum 3 years in a regional leadership role.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business, Insurance, or related fields. III/IRDA certifications preferred.
  • Deep understanding of group insurance products.
  • Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
