Job Description

We're looking for a seasoned sales leader to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base as a Sales Manager - Commodities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet quarterly targets.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple sales initiatives to maximize revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and promote our services.
  • Mentor and train the sales team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A proven track record of sales leadership experience in the commodities industry.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
