Job Title: IT Sales Manager for Canada and UK Region

Overview:

The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end sales processes in the Canada and UK regions, utilizing tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales enablement platforms.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to identify and qualify potential clients in the US and UK markets.
  2. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  3. End-to-End Sales: Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a smooth transition for clients.
  4. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of inside sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
  5. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  6. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential opportunities for growth.
  7. Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  8. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and enhance product offerings.

Requirements:

  • Should be from an IT service background.
  • Familiarity with staff augmentation is a plus.
