Workforce Optimization and Business Development Lead

Job Summary:
This role requires a Business Consultant with extensive experience in Workforce Management (WFM) tools and project management.
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in WFM, including forecasting, capacity planning, rostering, and scheduling. They should possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with various WFM software and databases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned business projects for clients according to their requirements.
- Meet with clients to assess problematic situations and collect information about their businesses.
- Analyze data to identify weaknesses and problems, and develop recommendations and solutions.
- Present findings and suggestions to clients with justification and practical advice.
- Develop business plans to drive changes and assist clients in implementing them.
Requirements:
- Post-graduate degree in a related discipline.
- Certified Management Consultant (CMC) is a plus.
- Ability to travel as per business requirements.
