As a key member of our organization, the Workforce Manager plays a pivotal role in leading and managing a high-performing team focused on optimizing workforce resources to meet business objectives.
Job SummaryOur ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective workforce strategies, including forecasting, scheduling, and resource allocation, to align with business goals. This includes utilizing historical data and trends to accurately forecast staffing needs, creating efficient schedules, and managing time-off requests.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive workforce strategies that drive business results and support operational excellence.
- Forecasting and Scheduling: Utilize advanced analytics and data-driven insights to accurately forecast staffing needs, create optimized schedules, and manage time-off requests effectively.
- Real-time Management: Monitor and manage real-time performance metrics, adjust staffing levels as needed, and ensure service level agreements are met.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze workforce data, identify areas for improvement, and develop targeted strategies to optimize efficiency, productivity, and cost management.
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of workforce analysts, providing guidance and support to achieve performance goals.
- System Management: Oversee the WFM system, ensuring it's properly configured and maintained, and collaborate with vendors for system upgrades and support.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies related to workforce management.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including operations teams and senior leadership, regarding workforce performance and strategies.
- 5+ years of experience in workforce management or a related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective workforce strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
