Director, Workforce Management

Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and innovative Director, Workforce Management to lead our team in driving solutions that maximize efficiency and maintain employee and customer satisfaction.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of workforce analysts and Business Intelligence analysts.
  • Forecast staffing requirements based on historical data and predictive analytics.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation in workforce management practices.
  • Ensure efficient scheduling of staff to meet forecasted demand while optimizing labor costs and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Implement and maintain workforce management tools and software to streamline forecasting and scheduling processes.
