Key Business Development Opportunity:
We are seeking a seasoned business professional to drive growth through strategic relationships with Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) under the Mid-Market Group (MMG) segment. The successful candidate will leverage corporate banking products and solutions to expand our footprint in this critical market.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customized strategies for acquiring new PSU relationships, ensuring alignment with client business and financial objectives.
- Identify opportunities across lending, transaction banking, treasury, and other relevant services to enhance revenue and profitability.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including credit, product, and operations teams, to ensure seamless execution and strong stakeholder relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate/PSU relationship management or acquisition.
- Proven knowledge of PSU ecosystems, corporate banking products, and credit analysis.
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and client acquisition skills.
- MBA/CA/Graduate degree with relevant banking experience preferred.
