Job Title: Client Servicing Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a professional who excels in client relationship management and has comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing.

The role involves working closely with clients, understanding their marketing objectives, and ensuring effective execution of strategies across all digital platforms.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building long-term relationships with clients, creating briefs, and coordinating with internal teams for project execution.

The successful candidate will have 360° digital marketing expertise, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a strong problem-solving attitude.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is required. Experience in client servicing/account management and strong understanding of digital marketing strategies are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and build long-term relationships.
  • Understand client requirements, create briefs, and coordinate with internal teams for execution.
  • Strategize and oversee end-to-end digital campaigns including SEO, Social Media, PPC, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and Website Management.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze results, and present detailed reports to clients.
  • Proactively suggest new ideas and strategies to enhance client business growth.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
