Role Overview:

  • Drive B2B sales growth by implementing strategic plans, identifying key industries and market segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • B2B Sales Strategy:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve targets and expand the customer base.
  • Manage a strong sales pipeline to ensure end-to-end management of hunting, pitching, solutions, and execution.
  • Achieve individual and collective targets for digital Gift Vouchers.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Enterprise Sales Growth:
  • Establish and nurture relationships with major corporations and key stakeholders to drive enterprise sales efforts.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Sales Funnel Management:
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a streamlined and efficient sales pipeline.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and technical teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market demands.

Qualifications & Skill Set:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: 8+ years of successful experience in B2B and enterprise sales within Fintech/Payment, Gift Voucher, Loyalty, Retail, E-commerce, etc.
  • Skills: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, in-depth understanding of B2B sales processes and enterprise-level negotiations, strong communication and negotiation skills, strategic thinking and a results-oriented mindset.
