Job Title: Strategic Account Manager

The primary objective of this role is to build, maintain, and grow key IT services/staffing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning key accounts: strategically farm and selectively hunt (upsell/cross-sell/new logos)
  • Translating client goals: ensuring delivery plans align with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and quality standards
  • Managing contracts and agreements: negotiating, renewing, invoicing, and collecting payments from clients
  • Maintaining a candidate network: improving time-to-fill and aligning with client demand
  • Tracking account health: monitoring pipeline and forecasts, flagging risks, and driving resolutions

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1–5 years of experience in Strategic Account Management or Business Development (BD) in IT Services/Consulting or IT Staffing
  • Proven revenue growth outcomes and strong stakeholder management skills
  • Contract management, negotiation, billing/invoicing exposure
  • Working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)/Agile and IT hiring cycles

Nice to Have:

  • MSP/VMS experience, rate cards, compliance/SLA governance
  • Prior recruitment operations exposure (ATS, submittal quality)
