We are seeking a dynamic Executive Director of Business Development to lead our sales and marketing efforts. This individual will be responsible for creating and implementing business plans to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop unique strategies with CXOs to make the team S&M positive, which eventually leads to making the vertical P&L positive
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional activities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Provide regular performance feedback to the sales team
  • Implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue

Requirements:

  • Higher Edtech experience is mandatory for this role
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding customer base
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and manage a team
