
Account Relationship Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to handle our corporate service accounts.
This role is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with key corporate clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, and driving retention and growth through effective service delivery and coordination.
- Primary point of contact for assigned corporate clients, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Build long-term relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.
- Understand client business needs and align company solutions and services to meet those requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
- Monitor account health, identify risks, and drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and account retention.
- Prepare and present account performance reports, usage analytics, and monthly service reviews.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities in coordination with the sales team.
- Handle escalations professionally and ensure timely closure of client concerns.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and client developments to suggest relevant solutions.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree
- 2–5 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in a B2B or corporate services environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- A customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to service.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- A professional appearance
- Will to travel to client locations as needed.
