
Dynamic Client Relationship Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. This exciting opportunity offers a fast-paced working environment where you will be responsible for driving key client relationships forward.
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in account management or customer success roles, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, understanding of the sales funnel and different stages, and strong negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a portfolio of high-value client accounts.
- Develop executive relationships with clients' leadership.
- Manage communication between clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay on top of clients' needs, vision, IT roadmap, and any anticipated deviations.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of the account, their business, and key stakeholders.
- Promote partnership growth, revenue growth, and identify new opportunities.
- Pitch relevant services to clients.
- Identify and capitalize on new markets by developing go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor delivery timelines and quality to ensure the highest quality of deliverables are being delivered on time.
- Present reports to senior management on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented attitude with a proactive working style.
- Proficiency in client interactions with the closure of sales deals.
