Job Title: Lead Generation and Marketing Operations Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Lead Generation and Marketing Operations Manager. This role combines lead generation, campaign execution, client success, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will design and execute lead generation campaigns, convert qualified prospects into long-term client engagements, and build scalable processes to deliver strong ROI.
Main Responsibilities
- Research and identify high-value B2B prospects across industries (US/Global).
- Develop and implement outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, digital) to generate qualified leads.
- Own the pipeline from prospecting → nurturing → conversion into active clients.
- Consistently achieve revenue and growth targets.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 3–6 years in B2B lead generation, demand generation, or marketing operations (US/Global market preferred).
- Revenue Focus: Proven success in generating leads and converting them into paying clients.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with CRM and lead gen platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Mailchimp).
- Marketing Knowledge: Deep understanding of B2B funnels, targeting, email best practices, and campaign automation.
- Client Success: Strong ability to manage onboarding, retention, and upselling.
- Communication: Excellent spoken and written English; persuasive in pitching and outreach.
- Mindset: Growth-driven, proactive, and comfortable in a performance-based culture.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
