About the Role:
As a creative, analytical, and results-oriented Marketing Executive, you will focus on lead generation and email marketing campaigns to fuel business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing effective strategies to generate qualified leads, nurture prospects, and support the sales pipeline through engaging and personalized email campaigns.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute lead generation strategies using digital channels, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
Research and identify potential prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Premium pages, and industry-specific groups, ensuring high-quality lead generation.
Build, manage, and optimize LinkedIn Premium pages for brand positioning, engagement, and lead nurturing.
Plan and execute LinkedIn advertising campaigns (sponsored posts, InMail, lead gen forms, and display ads) to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize ad performance (CTR, CPC, conversions, ROI) using LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Create, segment, and maintain email marketing lists to support personalized campaigns.
Design and implement email campaigns, templates, and automated workflows aligned with marketing objectives.
Track and report email campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) and apply insights to improve future outreach.
Collaborate with the sales team to qualify LinkedIn and email leads and ensure a seamless handover for conversion.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience only in lead generation and email marketing, preferably in the IT or SaaS domain.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns, SendGrid, etc.).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills for engaging email communication.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and take actionable steps.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently to achieve targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B IT products, solutions, or services marketing
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and drip campaign workflows.
- Ability to run A/B testing and optimize campaigns for conversions.
- Prior exposure to LinkedIn lead generation campaigns
