Job Overview
We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist who will be responsible for driving end-to-end ownership of lead generation and presales activities for EdTech products.
This role demands a dynamic and ambitious professional who can design and execute multi-channel campaigns, manage cross-functional collaboration, and ensure a strong pipeline of qualified leads that directly contribute to revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will be a graduate from a reputed institution with 2-3 years of experience in marketing or demand generation roles, demonstrating high energy, street smartness, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take end-to-end ownership of presales for the assigned product, driving demand generation, lead pipeline creation, and ensuring achievement of monthly and quarterly lead targets aligned with business goals.
- Design, execute, and continuously optimize multi-channel lead generation campaigns with complete accountability for quality and volume of leads generated.
- Act as the central coordinator for presales outcomes, working closely with channel managers, sales, product, and operations teams to ensure cross-functional coordination.
- Regularly analyze campaign and channel performance, publish reports with insights on CPL, CAC, conversion %, and funnel efficiency, and proactively recommend corrective measures to improve lead quality and conversion ratios.
- Ensure smooth coordination, transparent communication, and quick resolution of bottlenecks that impact lead generation by acting as a bridge between multiple stakeholders - presales, business operations, product, content, and sales leadership.
- Set up attribution models and dashboards for real-time decision-making, translating data insights into actionable growth levers.
Requirements:
- Graduate from a reputed college/university, with strong academic grounding and exposure to business/marketing fundamentals.
- 2-3 years of work experience in product management / marketing / presales or similar role.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration, able to align with marketing, sales, product, and operations teams effectively.
- Demonstrates street smartness, agility, and problem-solving ability, capable of navigating challenges and finding quick, practical solutions.
- Highly aspirational, ambitious, and self-driven individual with a strong hunger for growth and ability to thrive in a fast-paced EdTech environment.
- A high-energy go-getter with the ability to take complete ownership of tasks, deliver under pressure, and consistently meet or exceed targets.
