Position: Academic Lead for Physics and Chemistry Education
We are seeking an IIT graduate with expertise in Physics or Chemistry to lead the development of academic curricula for classes 8-12 and competitive exams. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the educational direction of a growing EdTech company.

Key Responsibilities
- Curate and implement engaging academic curricula for Physics and Chemistry subjects
- Create impactful educational videos to expand our reach
- Develop innovative teaching methods to improve student outcomes
- Lead and train subject matter experts
- Contribute to strategic planning and product development
Requirements
- IIT graduate degree in Physics or Chemistry
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience with measurable success
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development and implementation
- Strong leadership and communication skills
