- Minimum 3 years of experience in academic counseling / EdTech / student engagement.

2. Academic Counselors – 2 Positions

- Minimum 1 year of experience.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counselor located in Hyderabad. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for providing student counseling, offering career counseling, and assisting with academic advising. Daily tasks include communicating with students, understanding their needs, providing guidance on educational and career pathways, and supporting them in overcoming academic challenges.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree (preferred in Education, Management, or related fields).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to guide students in making the right career/learning choices.
- Prior experience in EdTech or student counseling will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

- Counsel students and parents on career programs offered by NomadSkills.
- Guide learners in course selection, admissions, and learning pathways.
- Achieve enrollment and student success targets.
- Act as a trusted advisor, bridging students' aspirations with industry-ready programs.
