Our mission is to help students build strong academic foundations through modern, tech-enabled education.Role OverviewWe are seeking a confident and target-driven Academic Counsellor – Direct Sales with 3–4 years of experience in B2C EdTech or academic counselling. This is a field sales role focused on conducting home visits to counsel students and parents, demonstrate our learning solutions, and convert leads into enrollments.Key Responsibilities- Visit student homes for scheduled counselling sessions and product demonstrations- Educate parents and students on our K9–K12 personalized learning programs- Identify learning gaps and recommend customized solutions- Achieve monthly targets for enrollments and revenue- Follow up on leads generated through telecalling or marketing events- Maintain accurate lead data and activity logs using CRM tools- Collaborate with telecalling and marketing teams to optimize conversionsMandatory Requirements- 3–4 years of experience in academic counselling or EdTech direct field sales- Strong communication skills in English and Telugu/Hindi (bilingual preferred)- In-depth knowledge of CBSE, ICSE, or State Board curriculum- Comfortable with local travel for home visits across Hyderabad- CRM tools (Zoho/LeadSquared) and MS Office proficiencyPreferred Qualifications- Bachelor's degree (in Business, Education, or related fields preferred)- Experience in K9–K12 segment or parent counselling- Proven success in field-based education sales or demo-based conversionsWhat We Offer- Fixed salary up to ₹8 LPA + high-performance incentives- Structured training and skill development programs- On-ground support and flexible working conditions- Chance to be part of one of the top K9–K12 EdTech brands in IndiaApply NowSend your updated resume to our office at Begumpet, Hyderabad or DM for quick details.
