Role Overview

We are seeking a confident and target-driven Academic Counsellor – Direct Sales with 3–4 years of experience in B2C EdTech or academic counselling. This is a field sales role focused on conducting home visits to counsel students and parents, demonstrate our learning solutions, and convert leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit student homes for scheduled counselling sessions and product demonstrations
- Educate parents and students on our K9–K12 personalized learning programs
- Identify learning gaps and recommend customized solutions
- Achieve monthly targets for enrollments and revenue
- Follow up on leads generated through telecalling or marketing events
- Maintain accurate lead data and activity logs using CRM tools
- Collaborate with telecalling and marketing teams to optimize conversions

Mandatory Requirements

- 3–4 years of experience in academic counselling or EdTech direct field sales
- Strong communication skills in English and Telugu/Hindi (bilingual preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of CBSE, ICSE, or State Board curriculum
- Comfortable with local travel for home visits across Hyderabad
- CRM tools (Zoho/LeadSquared) and MS Office proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree (in Business, Education, or related fields preferred)
- Experience in K9–K12 segment or parent counselling
- Proven success in field-based education sales or demo-based conversions
