About the Role:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end pre-sales communication strategies across all touchpoints.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to create compelling narratives, visuals, and messaging that drive results.
  • Analyze performance data to inform and optimize communication strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in edtech marketing communications.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution.

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of experience in marketing communication, advertising, or creative strategy (performance-led).
  • Strong persuasion expertise: copywriting psychology, neuromarketing principles, design hierarchy.
  • Proven experience leading copy, video, and design pods for at least 4-5 years.
  • Multichannel marketing knowledge: search, social, display, affiliates.
  • Agency or multi-brand management experience preferred.
