Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic B2B Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing sales team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a proven track record of engaging B2B clients, understanding their needs, and closing deals. You will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, managing the sales cycle, and building strong client relationshipsprimarily over phone, email, and virtual meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads
  • Identify potential clients, understand their business needs, and present tailored solutions
  • Schedule and conduct virtual product demos or introductory calls with decision-makers
  • Manage and maintain a healthy pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients for long-term engagement
  • Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to align on lead generation and conversion strategies
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product offerings
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and activity reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 0-3 years of experience in B2B inside sales, preferably in tech, SaaS, or IT services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proven ability to engage with senior-level decision-makers
  • Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
  • roficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
