
Lead Generation Email Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead our email marketing efforts focused on B2B lead generation.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in crafting compelling email strategies, list segmentation, automation, and campaign optimization techniques to drive high-quality leads for our sales team.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B email marketing and lead generation is required.
- Strong understanding of outbound and inbound email marketing strategies is essential.
- A proven track record of generating high-quality leads via cold email and nurturing workflows is mandatory.
- Experience with email platforms, CRM, and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, Mailshake) is necessary.
- Excellent copywriting skills tailored for B2B decision-makers are required.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data into actionable insights are desired.
