Marketing Executive – Lead Generation & Email Marketing
About the Role:
We are seeking a creative, analytical, and results-driven Marketing Executive who will focus on lead generation and email marketing campaigns to drive business growth.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies using digital channels, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
- Research and identify potential prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Premium pages, and industry-specific groups, ensuring high-quality lead generation.
- Build, manage, and optimize LinkedIn Premium pages for brand positioning, engagement, and lead nurturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute LinkedIn advertising campaigns (sponsored posts, InMail, lead gen forms, and display ads) to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize ad performance (CTR, CPC, conversions, ROI) using LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Create, segment, and maintain email marketing lists to support personalized campaigns.
- Design and implement email campaigns, templates, and automated workflows aligned with marketing objectives.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience only in lead generation and email marketing, preferably in the IT or SaaS domain.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in B2B IT products, solutions, or services marketing
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and drip campaign workflows.
- Ability to run A/B testing and optimize campaigns for conversions.
