
Channel Partnership Development Executive

We are seeking a seasoned professional to strengthen and expand our Channel Partner network in Bangalore. This is a high-ownership role where you will manage real estate channel partners, drive new home sales, and ensure continuous partner engagement through meetings, events, and activations.
As a Key Account Development Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in revenue growth, partner relationship management, and execution of channel strategies.
Job DescriptionThis is a challenging opportunity for a talented individual to spearhead the development and expansion of our Channel Partner network in Bangalore.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of real estate channel partners, identifying new business opportunities, and driving new home sales.
Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with existing partners, while also continuously seeking out new partnerships to drive growth and expansion.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales / business development (real estate preferred).
- Strong communication & relationship management skills.
- Proven experience in channel partner management is an added advantage.
- Two-wheeler (mandatory) for field visits.
- Consistent work history with 1–2 appraisals in the same organization preferred.
