Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a pioneering HR Tech company by supporting their Channel Partnerships team.

  • Research & Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify potential channel partners and evaluate their fit within the company's strategic goals.
    • Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities.
    • Assist in the preparation of partnership proposals, presentations, and reports.
  • Partnership Development:
    • Support the team in reaching out to potential partners, setting up meetings, and maintaining communication with existing partners.
    • Assist in the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, Sales) to ensure seamless integration and activation of new partnerships.
  • Campaign Support:
    • Help manage joint marketing campaigns with partners, including coordinating activities, tracking performance, and reporting on results.
    • Work with partners to develop co-branded content and promotional materials.
    • Assist in organizing webinars, events, and other partnership-driven initiatives.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Maintain accurate records of partnership activities, agreements, and communications.
    • Prepare regular updates and reports on the status of partnerships and related initiatives.
    • Support the Partnerships team with day-to-day administrative tasks as needed.
    Qualifications
    • Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Strong interest in the ad tech industry and digital marketing.
    • Excellent research and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive approach to tasks.
