As a dynamic and results-driven Customer Relationship Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading our customer relationship management initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include managing customer relationship management systems, executing CRM campaigns, analyzing customer data, and supporting the business team in enhancing customer engagement, retention, and growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Database Administration: Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy, cleanliness, and segmentation to maximize customer insights and improve decision-making.
- Campaign Execution: Execute CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications) to support sales and marketing initiatives, driving customer engagement and conversion rates.
- Customer Insights: Monitor customer engagement, conversion rates, and churn, providing actionable insights to the business team to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to personalize and optimize customer journeys, fostering a seamless and engaging experience.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports with recommendations for improvement, ensuring continuous growth and optimization.
- Retention Strategies: Support loyalty and retention programs, including customer feedback and satisfaction surveys, to identify areas for improvement and drive customer loyalty.
- Process Automation: Assist in the automation of CRM processes and workflows to improve efficiency, reducing manual efforts and minimizing errors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Experience in B2B or B2C environments.
- 1–3 years of experience in a CRM, marketing, or customer engagement role.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Moengage, Firebase, Kwikengage).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data quality and customer insights.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and customer segmentation strategies.
