We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Professional to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing unit, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple calls and tasks efficiently. A strong problem-solving attitude, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Inquiries and Support: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, ensuring high-quality service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ticket Management: Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and transaction-related support via email, chat, and tickets, maintaining accurate records of interactions.
- Collaboration and Escalation: Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues, providing solutions that meet their needs.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product/service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers, enhancing their overall experience.
- Languages: Fluent in Korean (spoken & written), with excellent communication skills.
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service, call center, or BPO is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, good typing speed, proficiency in handling email, chat, and CRM tools, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: BASIC computer knowledge and familiarity with customer support software.
