We are seeking a Customer Relationship Executive to support our growing student base in the U.S. This role is part of our efforts to provide immersive training solutions using Virtual Reality (VR) for skilled trades and healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct demo calls with prospective students for certification programs, providing guidance on program details and next steps.
  • Build trust and answer student inquiries, ensuring a positive onboarding experience.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with students to support engagement and satisfaction, collaborating with sales and support teams to meet enrollment targets.
  • Prepare reports and provide feedback on student interactions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer relations, inside sales, or student support, preferably with prior experience working with U.S.-based customers or in international markets.
  • Excellent English communication skills, with confident, professional, and fluent virtual presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with students.
