About This Role

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Proposal Management Specialist with work-from-home flexibility. The specialist will manage and write proposals, handle Request for Proposals (RFPs), analyze data for proposal development, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.

Daily Tasks:
  • Bid Opportunity Identification: Identify potential bid opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  • Proposal Content Development: Develop high-quality proposal content that meets client requirements.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to submit competitive bids on time.
Requirements:
  • Proposal Management: Proven experience in proposal management and writing.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with expertise in RFP analysis.
  • Communication: Excellent communication abilities with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Public sector or consulting experience is highly valued.
