About the Role:

This role focuses on accelerating the depth of Paytm Ads' partnership with agencies in the West market. It involves building relationships with key agency stakeholders, transforming collaboration and integration, evangelizing the Paytm Ads product suite, and educating agency teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with agencies to leverage Paytm Ads and grow clients' businesses.
  • Collaborate with agency teams to build mutually beneficial partnerships that accelerate client adoption of Paytm Ads' platform and products.
  • Advise and execute on Paytm's agency go-to-market strategy to maximize long-term revenue in the Marketing Solutions business.
  • Co-create programs and initiatives that enhance agency value propositions and improve client business outcomes.
  • Assess and understand the agency landscape, develop strong relationships, and plan engagement to support a growth agenda.
  • Evangelize new products and technologies to agency stakeholders.
  • Own and execute an agency training and education strategy.
  • Collaborate with sales and cross-functional partners to ensure a coordinated approach to growing agency business.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of marketing, agency, advertising, or sales experience.
  • Experience managing internal and external relationships.
  • Strong digital advertising expertise.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building relationships with senior agency decision-makers and working across teams to achieve objectives.
  • An established network of agency and senior client relationships in the industry and deep understanding of the agency ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of delivering results and generating transformational growth.
