Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our team as a Senior Human Resources Manager.

This strategic role involves driving HR operations, automation, organization restructuring, compliance and payroll. The ideal candidate will manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, address grievances, support performance management, and foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.

  • Manage end-to-end employee experiences, ensuring seamless transitions from hire to retire
  • Address conflicts and disciplinary actions in a fair and timely manner
  • Develop and implement effective performance management processes
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring open communication and regular updates

The successful candidate will possess exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. They will be proficient in HR Automation, AI-enabled tools, Payroll Systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

• Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive organizational growth

Employee Engagement

• Design and deliver employee engagement strategies

• Foster a positive work environment through diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives

• Develop and execute training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge

• Collaborate with leaders to drive business outcomes and achieve organizational goals

Collaboration and Communication

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including executives, managers, and employees

• Develop and communicate clear, concise messages to various audiences

• Facilitate open dialogue and feedback between employees and leaders

• Identify and address potential issues before they impact the business
