About This Role

We're seeking an accomplished HR Business Partner to spearhead the Human Resources function and Total Rewards for our dynamic organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business alignment, strategic advisory capability, and a data-driven approach to compensation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to shape and deliver a people strategy that aligns with overall organizational goals.
  • Provide strategic guidance to senior management on organizational design, talent planning, leadership development, and workforce strategy.
  • Lead key initiatives across employee engagement, retention, and succession planning.
  • Oversee change management efforts and support transformation programs from a people and culture perspective.

Total Rewards Strategy:

  • Develop, benchmark, and implement compensation and benefits strategies across levels and functions.
  • Partner with external consultants and internal stakeholders on C&B surveys, market benchmarking, and pay parity reviews.
  • Own and execute the performance appraisal cycle.
  • Ensure reward programs are compliant, consistent, and aligned with company values and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and other teams to ensure reward frameworks meet both business and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with proven exposure to both HRBP and Compensation & Benefits. Prior experience managing ESOP programs is a plus.
  • Strong experience in partnering with business leaders, preferably in high growth or fast-paced environments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work comfortably with data and analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • MBA/PGDM from a top-tier B-school.
