As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with employees, leveraging your exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport.

This role involves developing and implementing Employee Relations strategies that drive business growth and employee satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven ER models, analyzing trends and metrics to inform decision-making.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with consultants across various locations
  • Serving as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations issues, providing guidance on HR policies, terminations, restructuring, and business conduct
  • Evaluating and reviewing employment decisions to resolve employee concerns effectively and fairly
  • Generating new business opportunities through consultant referrals and redeployment
  • Managing high-complexity ER matters and internal investigations
  • Collaborating with service delivery managers to strengthen consultant retention and engagement

Required skills include excellent communication, strong people management, sound decision-making, and ability to build trust and influence across all levels of management.

Additional desirable skills include proven multitasking abilities, strong marketing skills, or an academic background in Human Resources or a related field.
